Shipping Policy
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility.

The Seller may also provide links to the other sites for purpose of enabling the Customer to make payment to the Seller. Any of the foregoing links do not constitute an endorsement by the Seller of any such sites and are provided only as a convenience. The Seller is not responsible for the content or links displayed on such sites. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites which Seller does not own, manage or control. The Seller does not regularly review, and makes no warranty or representation regarding materials posted, or products or services offered, on the sites to which this Website may be linked and Seller shall not be responsible for any deficiency thereof. The Seller does not endorse any or all of the materials, products, and services available on such linked sites, and the Seller expressly disclaims responsibility for the contents of any linked site, the accuracy of any information contained in a linked site, and the quality of the products and services offered at any linked site. Any decision to view the contents of any linked site is solely of the Customer and is made at Customer's own risk.
Cancellation
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched for COD parcels. Advance amounts are not refundable as we arrange the items on orders.
We don’t accept cancellation for customised jewellery products.
